I've partnered with industry leader Constant Contact to offer complete e-newsletter services.

How It Works

1. You sign up with Constant Contact under my partnership plan. They will charge you a monthly fee to store and maintain your contacts list. Their services include a sign-up box for your website, managing bounced email, and automatically handling requests to be added or removed from your mailing list.

Constant Contact's rates are based on the number of email addresses in your account: the base rate is $15 per month for up to 500 names, and they offer a discount if you pay for one year in advance (which I recommend). You can send unlimited newsletters for this fee.

2. I set up your account including:

• adding a sign-up box on your website so that visitors to your site can ask to receive your e-newsletters
• creating a customized welcome email that is sent automatically to anyone who signs up for your newsletter
• importing your existing customer email addresses

3. I work with you to devise an appropriate e-newsletter strategy for your site. This could include announcements of new material, links to new items, show announcements, and articles content. For your e-newsletters, I'll help you decide what to include, design the newsletter, and handle mailing and post-campaign clean-up of bounced addresses and removals.
