Basic Package

Here’s what AntiquesManager includes:

  • The AntiquesManager database
  • Assistance with acquiring your own URL (web address) and setting up hosting arrangements
  • Personal training and an instruction manual that includes easy-to-follow instructions about how to
    • maintain inventory and customer information
    • prepare photos for the web
    • create mailing labels and business reports
    • upload everything to your website
  • Three months’ free technical support by phone or email with 24-hour maximum response time.

$2,500, including a $500 deposit. No additional maintenance or support costs.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Microsoft Access 2003 or 2007 must be installed on your computer. Price varies but under $250.

You will need a website hosting account that can support our technology. Our recommended provider (www.crystaltech.com) charges $16.95 permonth, and we will make the arrangements for you at no charge.

Photo editing software (and not just the free tool that probably came with your camera software): We especially like PaintShop Pro and Photoshop Elements.

Back-up software to ensure that your database (and the rest of your computer!) is being backed up regularly.
